Subject	Sudden power loss and recovery

Message	Out driving my 91 2+2 at 50mph, everything humming and cool. I step on the gas and nothing, no accel, no sputter, just nothing. No diagnostic codes either. Car slows down, I shift back into 2nd, feed the gas pedal and vrooom, accelerates just fine and keeps driving fine all the way home. It's happened once or twice before. No loose or corroded connections in the wiring harness, PT unit, crank angle sensor or throttle valve switch. Any ideas?
